MINAGRI - AGROIDEAS
The Production and Exportation of Coffees with Value Added to Special Markets project co-financed by AGROIDEAS has been concluded, which has allowed to consolidate and strengthen the technology and management of the cooperative through organic certifications, Rainforest Alliance fair trade, complemented with the acquisition of 2 motorcycles, 4 guardiola type drying machines, a complete quality control team, and a scale.
ENVOLVERT - AGEDRUS
a) .- With ENVOLVERT: Through an inter-institutional agreement, the Agroforestry and Recovery of degraded areas project was implemented, where it was distributed to 28 cooperative members from the sectors of July 28, Unión Progreso, Alto Zotani, Valle Hermoso and Centro Anapiari the 3,617 seedlings of the species Colombian cedar, mahogany, ulcumano, bolaina for their final field installation.
b) .- In agreement with AGEDRUS -AVSF: The production and installation of 50,000 forest seedlings (tecunomuni pine, mahogany, ulcumano, screw, etc.) has been carried out on the properties of the Cooperative's members so that they can reforest and / or or associate with the cultivation of coffee under an agroforestry system, in order to mitigate climate change and ensure an asset for the future for the member and his family.
CEDEPAS and HEIFER INTERNACIONAL
The execution of the SELVA Project, called Empowerment of Women and food security for coffee cooperatives in the Pichanaki jungle by CEDEPAS and HEIFER International, which began in 2013, was completed, where members have been trained on issues of gender equity, food security and productive diversification as well as resources (guinea pig module, chicken module, vegetable seeds, and materials) have been provided to ensure the nutrition of the HEIFER International family.
ALIADOS – AGRORURAL
The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation was executed: through the AGRORURAL ALIADOS II project, the co-financing of the project Improving the production and marketing of quality coffee with added value in the ACPC district of Pichanaki, Chanchamayo Province, Junín region was co-financed by ALIADOS - AGRORURAL from the Ministry of Agriculture, where S /. 90,000.00 of which Aliados contributes S /. 63,330 and ACPC Pichanaki contributes S /. 26,670.00, with which they have acquired a coffee roaster with a capacity of 6 kilos, an espresso machine, a coffee grinder and training and technical assistance were provided to members of the cooperative in the process of roasting, barista and coffee preparation as in good manufacturing practices.
CAC ACPC PICHANAKI
The execution of the project Strengthening extension services in the sustainable production of special coffee of the CAC ACPC PICHANAKI, of the Pichanaki district, Chanchamayo province, Junín region where S /. 275,179.40, to develop the components for strengthening the capacities of producers and managers, and the application of good agricultural practices, this project has contributed to improve the organoleptic quality of the cooperative's coffee, which is 82 points per cup on average.
PROGRESS FUND –VSF CIDCA
With the support of the PROGRESO FUND –VSF CIDCA: A nursery of 30,000 plants of forest species (Mahogany, Colombian Cedar, Ulcumano) has been installed, financed 100% by this cooperating institution to install in the plots of the Cooperative's members so that they can reforest and / or associate with the cultivation of coffee under an agroforestry system, in order to mitigate climate change and ensure a future asset for the member or his family.
MINCETUR –PAI
MINCETUR –PAI (Internationalization Support Program): the non-reimbursable co-financing of the Project - Export of Certified Special Coffee in Green Bean to the South Korean Market has been achieved, which is being executed for the amount of S /. 192,500.00, to access the South Korean - Asian market, in order to consolidate the export of specialty coffees from the cooperative in the medium and long term.
Root Capital –ACPC Pichanaki
Strengthening of the Women's Committee - Gender Equity.
The members of the ACPC Pichanaki cooperative reduce their exposure to COVID-19, through the provision of personal protective equipment, improve their income from the sale of quality coffees and develop complementary activities of management, beekeeping, handicrafts and production of bio- orchards.
