Certified coffee

COFFEE

  • Flavor: sweet, creamy, fresh.
  • Coffee with marked medium acidity.
  • Aroma: complex of panela, cocoa, caramel, fruity, chocolate (blackberry, grape, citrus, peach).
  • Smell: Characteristic of intense and typical good coffee. Free of undesirable flavors - clean cup

Blend of catuai, catimor, costa rica, bourbon, caturra. This coffee has SCA scores from 80 to 82 and is certified organic and fairtrade. It can be accompanied by other certificates such as SPP, UTZ, Café Practices. Our annual supply is 90 containers.

Microlots of specialty coffees

COFFEE

  • Pleasant fresh grapefruit flavor, with citric acidity, light chocolate body.
  • Fragrance of delicate fruits to citrus, which are complemented by the characteristics of uniformity, cleanliness and sweetness.

Geisha coffee. This variety of coffee is produced at more than 1600 meters above sea level by small producers who are members of the cooperative. His cup score is above 87 SCA points. Our productive offer is an annual container through micro lots.


Coffee from 84 - 85 SCA Points. Blend with varieties of typical, caturra, bourbon and catuai. It is produced between 1400 and 1600 meters above sea level by small producers and producers who are members of the cooperative. His cup score is 85 SCA points. Our production offer is five containers per year through micro lots.


Coffee from 87 - 88 SCA Points. Blend with varieties of typical, caturra, bourbon and Geisha. It is produced between 1,500 and 1,700 meters above sea level by small producers and producers who are members of the cooperative. His cup score is 88 SCA points. Our productive offer is from an annual container through micro lots.

Certified Cocoa

COCOA

  • Creole variety cocoa.
  • Grade 1 Maximum humidity 7.0%.
  • Minimum fermentation 80%.
  • Maximum impurity 0.5% mold free, mesh grain greater than 1 cm.

Blend of Creoles, hybrids and Trinidadians. This cocoa has aromatic sensory characteristics such as floral, fruity, nutty, of Pichanaki origin and is certified organic and fairtrade. It can be accompanied by other certificates such as SPP, Our annual supply is 4 containers.

SISI Roasted and Ground Coffee

  • Mixes of coffees, typical, Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, with cup scores higher than 80 points in cup, presentation of ¼ kilo, ½ kilo, and 1 kilo.

SISI Organic Coffee prepared with grade 1 quality coffee beans, which are mixtures of coffees, typica, borbón, catuai, caturra, with cup scores higher than 80 points in cup, presentation of ¼ kilo, ½ kilo, and 1 kilo.

This initiative began in 2017 by decision of the young children of the members of the Cooperative who were trained in barista and tasting events that were given on the occasion of the execution of the Correct Coffee project carried out by the National Coffee Board, in partnership with the NGO MLAL, Soluciones Practicas, INPET, COPAC Fortaleza. La Cafeteria - Coki´s has been working and promoting the internal consumption of quality coffees in the members, in the local community and visitors to the Cooperative.
